ABYSMAL. Completely messed up our order and somehow were out of half the things we tried to order. We got an açaí bowl, avocado toast with sunny side up eggs, and a steak and egg omelet. The açaí bowl had more Nutella than açaí and was tiny compared to Playa Bowls. The “sunny side up” eggs were cooked all the way through. The worst part was the omelet. They charged us for it and THEN told us they had no steak. We agreed to ground beef instead, which was fine. Somehow, instead of the ground beef omelet we agreed on, they brought us a peanut butter toast???? There are way too many better healthy spots around here to waste your time and money at this one.

Overall, this is a great smoothie spot! They got my order exactly right, the establishment is clean, and they offer an impressive variety of healthy drinks and food options. The only downsides are that the prices could be a bit more affordable, and the AI ordering machine can be a little frustrating to use at times. Other than that, it's a great place with quality products, and I'd definitely come back.

I stop by Smoothie Spot Hialeah almost every morning to pick up smoothies and empanadas, and it has become one of the highlights of my daily routine. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and prepared with care. The smoothies are always flavorful and refreshing, and the empanadas are outstanding every single time. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff. From the team at the front counter to everyone working in the kitchen, every employee is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about providing a great customer experience. They create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you look forward to coming back. While everyone deserves recognition for their outstanding service, I want to give a special shout-out to Dianins. She is always smiling, greets customers with warmth and enthusiasm, and has a wonderful way of making everyone feel genuinely welcome. Her positive attitude and kindness make a great restaurant even better, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience. Got hungry after grabbing a few things at Target across the street. Im trying to watch what I eat and I ran into this spot. Pleasantly surprised! 🤤 Exactly what I was looking for, something real tasty, healthy, and at a good price. I had a CYO bowl - served very generously, even took some home to enjoy later. Definitely going back to try their green juice smoothies on my next Target run! Lol 😆

I had an amazing experience at Smoothie Spot in Hialeah. I ordered a large bowl loaded with all kinds of toppings and tofu, and it was fresh, filling, and delicious. Everything tasted super clean and well made. I also had an authentic cup of Cuban coffee, and wow—it was incredible. Strong, smooth, and exactly how Cuban coffee should be. On top of the great food and drinks, the young woman who helped me was extremely nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for healthy options that don’t sacrifice flavor, this place is a must. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
